wilton class update

Hello all. I know I have been missing on here for awhile. Life can catch up to you sometimes and that is what happened to me. ;)  I am updating the pictures of the cakes that all my lovely students did in class for the last while.

I love the changes Wilton has made to the classes! The Decorating Basics class teaches a lot of new and fun things. Flowers and cake design class has been improved a lot, it has a lot of new things you can do on your cakes including: sostas, and brush embroidery. The fondant and gum paste class has added a lot of fun new things as well. Come check it out!

So far only one new course 1 has finished and has pictures posted.

Wilton February Classes...

I have the  Wilton Class pages up dated for February. It was the fondant and gum paste class and the advanced gum paste flowers class.  I posted the pictures I have for them. Check out their beautiful work.

Wilton class pages updated

I got most of the pictures updated on my Wilton Class Pages. Check out the wonderful cakes the ladies did. :)

Here is a preview of the new Wilton class coming in February.

Annoucing Wiltons new class " Advanced Gum Paste Flowers" !
The class will start in February. You do need to have taken the Fondant and Gumpaist class before you take this class. The class teaches the flowers shown above along with teaching the gerbera daisy and the stargazer lily. Ill post pictures of them latter. I'm so excited for this class! Wilton really makes them easy to learn and so much fun as well. I hope to see alot of you for fun with the new class. :)

Here is the class of Aug. 2011 Wilton Decorating Basics. They were the first class to ask me to take their picture.  Look at the concentration on their faces. I love my job teaching cake decorating.  I get to watch the classes get excited about what they are learning.  Congratulations ladies on what you accomplished in the class.
